What is your return policy?
At this point in time, we do not offer returns and all sales are final.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged/defective or incorrect item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the damage/defective or the incorrect item, as well as your order number. Notification must be made within 7 days of receipt. A Talon representative will be in touch and handle your case.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
What is your exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any exchanges due to the limited nature of our products. Please carefully check sizing prior to ordering.
