How can I get in touch with Talon's customer service?
To contact our customer service, please send an e-mail to sales@talonesports.com. You can expect a response within one working day.
How can I track my order?
After you place the order, it will take 1-3 working days for us to coordinate the shipment. You will receive a confirmation email including the courier's tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please contact our customer service by email if you need any further assistance.
How do I return my order?
At this point in time, we do not offer returns and all sales are final.
What if the items I received are damaged or incorrect?
If you have received damaged, defected or incorrect items, please contact our customer service by email within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and photos of related items as proof. Any claims made beyond 7 days after delivery will be rejected.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within the day you placed the order.

Can I exchange my order if the size doesn't fit?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any exchanges due to the limited nature of our products. Please check the size chart of your desired items carefully before placing an order.
How do I update my delivery address before placing an order?
To update your delivery address for future orders, please go to "My Account > View Addresses".
How do I update my delivery address AFTER placing an order?
If you would like to change your delivery address AFTER you placed an order, please contact our customer service via email as soon as possible, preferably within 1 working day. Once the order is picked up by the courier, we will not be able to change the address. No refunds will be processed for orders with an incorrect address.
Once approved, what is the refund timeline?
It will take approximately 8-12 working days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be processed via the original form of payment used for the purchase.
What are my payment options?
We ONLY accept credit card for settling the payment. All orders are required to be fully paid before dispatch.
What delivery options do we have?
All of our orders are delivered by SF Express or International Tracked services.

What is the usual shipment delivery time?
All orders are shipped out of Hong Kong SAR and the final shipment time is dependent on the final delivery location. Beside geographic factor, delays can be caused by multiple factors including but not limited to:
- During our promotion season (Summer sale / Year-end sale)
- Customs delay
- Order including pre-order item

I have pre-ordered an item from your website, why does it take so long to be delivered?
All pre-order items are "MADE TO ORDER". Depending on the nature of the item, estimated production and shipping time varies between 4 – 6 weeks. Any pre-ordered items that can't be fulfilled will be refunded.
I ordered other items alongside a pre-order item, when can I expect the delivery?
Items within the same order will be delivered in the same package. Hence all items ordered alongside pre-order items will be delivered once the pre-order item is ready.
Why do I need to pay extra for customs?
Customs charges, import duty and taxes can be incurred at the destination country based on local regulation. Customers are responsible for the payment of all these extra charges. If you receive a card from your postal service, please contact them to claim your parcel.
