Job description

One of the fastest growing Esports organizations in the region, Talon are looking to capitalize on its success and is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in the Philippines. The role will be a client facing role that focuses on identifying and developing commercial opportunities for Talon’s teams, events and influencers in the country.

responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and deliver partnership opportunities and revenues in Philippines, managing end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to close Manage negotiation and contracting process· 
  • Establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders of major brands
  • Create and pitch tailor-made proposals to brands with the support of the wider Talon team
  • Engage with third party agencies to develop partnership opportunities and revenues

Qualifications & Skills

  •  At least 5 years of relevant Business Development and/or Partnerships experience 
  •  Existing relationships with relevant decision makers and key stakeholders in Philippines·
  • Proven track record of opportunity and revenue generation
  • In depth knowledge of sponsorship, media or marketing landscape and trends
  •  Strong relationship building and presentation skills
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Fluent in English
