Job description
One of the fastest growing Esports organizations in the region, Talon are looking to capitalize on its success and is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in the Philippines. The role will be a client facing role that focuses on identifying and developing commercial opportunities for Talon’s teams, events and influencers in the country.
responsibilities
- Identify, develop and deliver partnership opportunities and revenues in Philippines, managing end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to close Manage negotiation and contracting process·
- Establish relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders of major brands
- Create and pitch tailor-made proposals to brands with the support of the wider Talon team
- Engage with third party agencies to develop partnership opportunities and revenues
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 5 years of relevant Business Development and/or Partnerships experience
- Existing relationships with relevant decision makers and key stakeholders in Philippines·
- Proven track record of opportunity and revenue generation
- In depth knowledge of sponsorship, media or marketing landscape and trends
- Strong relationship building and presentation skills
- Proactive self-starter
- Fluent in English
